Inflatable packers can be supplied as single or double and BARKOM supplies a complete range of inflatable and mechanical packers in different diameters and our inflatable packers and mechanical are frequently used for grout injection and other geotechnical applications such as pressurized Water Test, hydraulic tests for structural reinforcement and/or water sealing of deep foundations, tunnels, dams and mines.
While inflatable packers are inflated with air or water injected through an inflation line, mechanical packer can be operated simply by turning a handle attached to a top, causing a compression on each rubber, by this way it is inflated by mechanically.
